Overview
High Speed Automation of Lettering Operations on Gas Cylinders
Required descriptions such as filling deadline, company name, address, etc. are printed at high speed in a maximum of about 45 seconds on gas cylinder bottles.
Up to 5 colors can be selected and added from a wide variety of coating colors.
Printing on the shoulder of the cylinder is also available as an option.
Customization depending on Installation Environment
We offer a variety of models from fully-automatic types that automatically convey cylinders to the printing position with rollers and belt conveyors, to semi-automatic, manual, and seamless dedicated types that eliminate configuration and space requirements.

Can the print be erased?

It can be wiped off with solvent (acetone). New printing can be applied after erasing.

How much ink splatter is there compared to hand spraying?

Letter Robo can make 95% ink coverage rate.
With manual spraying, it is said the ink coverage is only about 30%, which improves the health of the workers and the environment of the facility.

Is it possible to print something other than text?

Yes, marks (single color) can be printed since the printing data is created in Photoshop.
