Can the print be erased?

If the object does not soak up ink, such as glass bottles, metal cans, ceramics, etc., it can be wiped off with a cleaning liquid.

What kinds of materials can it print on?

In addition to glass bottles, the print can be applied to various materials such as water bottles, metal cans, ceramics, pots, plastic, wood, balls, etc., regardless of whether the surface is uneven or not.

Can we print on dark-colored bottles or materials?

White ink is printed as a base (background) layer at the same time as the color print, making it possible to print on dark-colored materials.
Also, since the color ink is transparent, printing on transparent bottles without white ink gives a stained glass-like finish.

Does it affect the taste or smell of the bottle contents?

While printing, a weak warm air is flowed for drying, but it is not enough to heat the bottle so it does not affect the contents of the bottle.
Also once dry, the ink smell is almost gone.

How long does it take to dry after printing?

It will dry less than a minute but it is advised leaving 1 day to natural dry thoroughly.

How strong is the print?

The clear coat is printed at the same time as the color print, so after drying it will not come off even if scratched with a fingernail.

Can we avoid labels already on the bottle and print only in the empty space?

How difficult is it to operate?

In addition to providing manuals, we also do the training on machine operation at the time of product delivery, including how to create and handle print data (Adobe Photoshop).

Can we print on shapes other than cylinders?
-
Yes, possible. During printing, the print head and the printed surface are close to about 2 mm, so if the distance is locally far apart during rotation, the print quality in that area may be worse.
If the size (diameter) of the print head changes between the top and the bottom, it is possible to make the print head follow the printed surface by inputting size/dimension to the application in advance.
